Bank of Jiujiang Reports Stable Share Capital and Public Float Compliance for July 2026

Bank of Jiujiang Co., Ltd. released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either authorised/registered share capital or issued shares during the month.

The bank’s share structure remained unchanged at 2.85 billion shares. This comprises 482.37 million H shares listed in Hong Kong and 2.37 billion domestic shares. All shares carry a par value of RMB 1.00 each.

Issued share tallies were identical to the prior month: 482.37 million H shares and 2.37 billion domestic shares, with zero treasury shares reported. No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised.

Management affirmed that the minimum public-float requirement—16.92% of the total issued H shares—was satisfied as of 31 July 2026.

The filing reiterates that, as a PRC-incorporated entity, the concept of authorised share capital is not applicable; the figures disclosed refer to issued share capital only. Executive Director Zhou Shixin submitted the report on 5 August 2026.
