1. Financial Statements Shareholders will vote to receive and adopt the audited consolidated results for the year ended 31 December 2025.
2. Board Composition and Remuneration • Re-election of Executive Director Ms. Wu Xuan. • Re-election of Independent Non-executive Director Ms. Zheng Yi. • Authorisation for the board to set directors’ remuneration.
