Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. announced that on Jun, 23 2026 the High Court of Malaya at Shah Alam issued a winding-up order against Kingsmen Projects Sdn. Bhd., a 71% indirectly owned subsidiary.

The company said the decision is not expected to have a material impact on the group’s earnings per share or net tangible assets per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.

Kingsmen Creatives added that it will release further updates as necessary and urged shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution.
