Keppel Ltd. announced on Jun, 02 2026 that the member’s voluntary liquidation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Double Peak Holdings Limited, has been completed.
The company had initially disclosed the commencement of the liquidation on Jan, 07 2026. With all proceedings now finalised, Double Peak Holdings Limited has ceased to be a subsidiary of Keppel Ltd.
