On September 23, Mosentech (920162.BJ) officially launched its subscription, priced at RMB 17.37 per share with a maximum subscription cap of 765,000 shares. The offering carries a price-to-earnings ratio of 10 times, and the company is listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange with Guotou Securities serving as the sponsor institution.

According to the prospectus, Mosentech is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the innovative research and intelligent manufacturing of automotive intelligent opening and closing systems. The company's core products include automotive sunroofs and window regulators, and it has built a comprehensive technical system covering the full-process development of automotive electronic control units (ECUs). This has enabled Mosentech to achieve independent research and manufacturing capabilities for intelligent sunroof control systems and modular lifting structures.

Mosentech primarily serves well-known domestic automobile manufacturers, offering professional products such as various automotive sunroofs and window regulators, along with intelligent control system solutions. The company holds a leading industry position in the domestic automotive sunroof sector.

For its automotive sunroof and window regulator products, Mosentech counts major clients including Chery Holding, Changan Automobile, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Geely Automobile, Zhenyi Automobile, FAW Group, and Jiangling Motors. In the powder metallurgy component segment, the company caters to renowned domestic and international OEMs and tier-one automotive parts suppliers, with key clients including Pankl Group, BorgWarner INC., FAW Group, and Ningbo Shenglong.

In terms of financial performance, the company reported operating revenues of approximately RMB 1.572 billion, RMB 1.956 billion, and RMB 1.924 billion for the fiscal years 2023, 2024, and 2025, respectively. During the same periods, net profits were recorded at approximately RMB 202 million, RMB 277 million, and RMB 240 million.
