Tian Ge Interactive Publishes AGM Circular and Proxy Form, Introduces Email Notification Option for Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Apr 30

Tian Ge Interactive Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its latest AGM circular and proxy form are now accessible on both the company website (http://www.tiange.com/enInvestor/) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders may opt to receive future alerts on the availability of corporate communications by submitting a functional email address. To activate this service, the “Provision of Email Address Form” must be completed and sent to Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or emailed to 1980-ecom@vistra.com.

The company emphasizes that maintaining a valid email address is the shareholder’s responsibility; absence of a functional address will prevent receipt of notifications. Delivery of actionable corporate communications to the registered email without a “non-delivery message” will constitute compliance with HKEX listing rules.

Shareholders preferring printed copies can follow the procedures detailed on Tian Ge Interactive’s website, and requested documents will be dispatched free of charge. For queries, investors may contact Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
