Tai Hing Group: April Filing Shows Stable 971.42 Million Issued Shares, No Capital Changes

Tai Hing Group Holdings Limited (Tai Hing Group) reported to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited that, for the month ended 30 April 2026, its share capital structure remained unchanged.

The company’s authorised share capital closed the month at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million in total. Issued shares stood steady at 971.42 million, and the group continued to hold zero treasury shares.

No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were exercised, issued or cancelled during the month. Both the Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme and the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme recorded zero outstanding or exercised options in April, though the latter still allows for a potential issuance of up to 100.00 million shares in the future.

Tai Hing confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 30 April 2026. The monthly return, filed on 6 May 2026, indicates a stable capital base with no fundraising activity during the period.
