Xikang Cloud: Issued Shares Unchanged in April 2026 as 1.85 Million Options Lapse

Xikang Cloud Hospital Holdings Inc. (Xikang Cloud) filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, showing a stable share-capital structure and reduced outstanding employee options.

The authorised share capital remained at 1.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0002, representing total authorised capital of USD 300,000. Issued shares were unchanged at 841.88 million, and the company held no treasury shares during the month.

Xikang Cloud confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s 25 % minimum public-float requirement.

Employee incentive instruments contracted during the month: • Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme—165,000 options lapsed, leaving 52.27 million outstanding. • Post-IPO Share Option Scheme—1.68 million options lapsed, leaving 51.55 million outstanding.

The combined lapse of 1.85 million options brings total outstanding options to 103.82 million, equivalent to approximately 12.34 % of the current issued share base. As of 30 April 2026, 59.87 million shares could be issued immediately upon exercise of vested options, while the aggregate ceiling across both schemes stands at 136.45 million shares.

The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong depositary receipts, or other share-issuance arrangements for the month.
