China Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Mining Limited will hold a special general meeting (SGM) on 14 August 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Function Room 4 & 6, 3/F, The Mira Hong Kong, Kowloon.

The sole ordinary resolution seeks shareholder approval to: 1) endorse, confirm and ratify a recently signed Agreement and all transactions contemplated under it; and 2) authorise any one director to execute related documents and take all necessary actions to implement the Agreement.

Key administrative details: • Voting method: All resolutions will be decided by poll in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, with results to be published on the websites of the Stock Exchange and the company. • Books closure: The register of members will be closed from 11 August 2026 to 14 August 2026 (both days inclusive).
