Bank of Tianjin has released the proxy form and key logistical details for its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to convene at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 29 April 2026, at the Bank’s East Building Office, No. 15 Youyi Road, Hexi District, Tianjin, PRC.
Key matters to be voted on via proxy or in person include: 1. Approval of the Profit Distribution Plan for 2025. 2. Approval of the Board of Directors’ Work Report for 2025. 3. Approval of the Bank’s 2025 Annual Report. 4. Appointment of external auditors to review and audit the 2026 financial statements.
Shareholders may appoint the meeting chairman or another individual as proxy. Joint shareholders may designate a single representative, prioritising the first name on the register if multiple attend.
Proxy submission deadline: completed forms, together with any required authorisations, must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 28 April 2026 (Hong Kong time). Attendance in person overrides any previously submitted proxy.
The bank reiterates that it is not an authorised institution under Hong Kong’s Banking Ordinance and is not licensed to conduct banking or deposit-taking business in Hong Kong.
