Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited (Chaoju Eye Care) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 28 May 2026, confirming that the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 705.18 million ordinary shares. No treasury shares were outstanding.

Latest repurchase • On 28 May 2026, the company bought back 60,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 2.54 to HKD 2.62, for a total consideration of HKD 0.15 million. • The shares are designated for cancellation.

Cumulative activity since early April • Between 2 April and 28 May 2026, Chaoju Eye Care repurchased 742,000 shares that have not yet been cancelled, equal to roughly 0.11 % of the current issued share base. • The volume-weighted average prices of these earlier tranches range between HKD 2.57 and HKD 3.02 per share.

Repurchase mandate utilisation • The existing mandate, approved on 12 May 2026, authorises the buy-back of up to 70.52 million shares. • Including the latest transaction, 360,000 shares have been repurchased under this mandate, representing 0.05 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

Capital-raising restriction • In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is barred from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 27 June 2026, 30 days after the most recent buy-back.

All repurchase actions were carried out in accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06 and related regulations, as confirmed by the board.
