CICC Plans to Issue Corporate Bonds Up to RMB 4 Billion

CICC (HKEX: 03908) has announced a public offering of corporate bonds for professional investors, with a total issuance size not exceeding RMB 4 billion.

The 2026 bonds are structured into two series. The issuance amount for Series One is capped at RMB 4 billion, while the issuance for Series Two is also capped at RMB 4 billion. The combined total issuance for both series will not exceed RMB 4 billion.

The indicative coupon rate range for Series One bonds is set between 1.20% and 2.20%. The indicative coupon rate range for Series Two bonds is set between 1.30% and 2.30%.

After deducting issuance expenses, the net proceeds from the bond offering are intended to be used entirely for supplementing the company's working capital.
