On Jul, 28 2026, Keppel Ltd. (BN4) said it has exceeded its end-2026 interim funds under management target of 100 billion Singapore dollars after adding about 13.5 billion Singapore dollars in new FUM across its Infrastructure, Real Estate and Connectivity private funds so far this year.

The incremental FUM was driven by approximately 7.8 billion Singapore dollars in fresh capital commitments from global limited partners to Aermont Fund VI, Keppel Education Asset Fund II, Keppel Private Credit Fund III, Keppel Offshore Fund, a data-centre opportunity fund and a separately managed account with a sovereign wealth fund focused on infrastructure and data-centre assets.

Keppel noted that its private infrastructure strategies have secured 7.7 billion Singapore dollars in equity commitments to date, providing capital to pursue an acquisition pipeline valued at more than 22.0 billion Singapore dollars.

The company said the latest developments are not expected to have a material impact on its earnings per share or net tangible assets per share for the current financial year.
