Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (ZYLOXTB) disclosed that it repurchased 49,500 H-shares on 5 May 2026 via on-market transactions at prices between HKD 22.68 and HKD 23.00, for a total consideration of HKD 1.14 million. The volume-weighted average purchase price was HKD 22.95 per share.

\n\nFollowing the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased marginally by 0.01% to 327.46 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 8.89 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 336.35 million.

\n\nThe buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 30 May 2025, which authorises the repurchase of up to 31.96 million shares. Including the latest transaction, Zylox-Tonbridge has bought back 6.08 million shares under this mandate, representing 1.86% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate approval date.

\n\nA moratorium is in effect until 4 June 2026, during which the company may not issue new shares or dispose of treasury shares without prior regulatory approval.
