ADICON Holdings Limited released an official announcement dated 27 May 2026 detailing the current composition of its Board of Directors and the updated membership of its four specialised committees.

The Board now comprises eight Directors: one Executive Director, four Non-executive Directors and three Independent Non-executive Directors. Mr. Wang Legang continues as Executive Director, Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. The Non-executive cohort is led by Ms. Yang Ling, who serves as Chairwoman of the Board, alongside Mr. Lin Jixun, Mr. Li Bo and Mr. Zhou Mintao.
