ADICON Holdings Announces Updated Board Composition and Committee Assignments

ADICON Holdings Limited released an official announcement dated 27 May 2026 detailing the current composition of its Board of Directors and the updated membership of its four specialised committees.

The Board now comprises eight Directors: one Executive Director, four Non-executive Directors and three Independent Non-executive Directors. Mr. Wang Legang continues as Executive Director, Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. The Non-executive cohort is led by Ms. Yang Ling, who serves as Chairwoman of the Board, alongside Mr. Lin Jixun, Mr. Li Bo and Mr. Zhou Mintao. Independent oversight is provided by Mr. Mi Brian Zihou, Mr. Yeh Richard—who acts as Lead Independent Non-executive Director—and Mr. Zhang Wei.

Committee structures have been clarified: 1. Audit Committee – Chaired by Mr. Yeh Richard, with Mr. Mi Brian Zihou and Mr. Zhang Wei as members. 2. Remuneration Committee – Chaired by Mr. Mi Brian Zihou, with Ms. Yang Ling and Mr. Zhang Wei serving as members. 3. Nomination Committee – Chaired by Ms. Yang Ling, joined by Mr. Yeh Richard and Mr. Zhang Wei. 4. Strategy Committee – Chaired by Mr. Zhou Mintao, with supporting members Ms. Yang Ling, Mr. Wang Legang, Mr. Lin Jixun and Mr. Li Bo.
