K Cash proposes HK7.8-cent final dividend, director re-elections and refreshed share mandates ahead of 18 May 2026 AGM

K Cash Corporation Limited has issued the proxy materials for its Annual General Meeting scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on 18 May 2026 at 17/F, Wheelock House, Pedder Street, Central, Hong Kong.

Shareholders will be asked to:

1. Financial Statements • Receive and approve the audited consolidated financial statements and the directors’ and auditors’ reports for the year ended 31 December 2025.

2. Board Composition and Remuneration • Re-elect Ms Chan Wing Sze and Ms Kan Pui Yan as non-executive directors. • Re-elect Mr Leung Ka Cheung as an independent non-executive director. • Authorise the board to set directors’ remuneration.

3. Dividend Proposal • Declare a final dividend of HK 7.8 cents per share for FY 2025.

4. Auditor • Re-appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers as external auditor and authorise the board to determine its fees.

5. Share Capital Authorities • Grant a general mandate allowing the company to repurchase up to 10% of its issued shares (excluding any treasury shares). • Grant a separate mandate to allot, issue and deal with additional shares up to 20% of the issued share capital (excluding any treasury shares). • Subject to approval of the above two mandates, extend the issue mandate by the number of shares repurchased.

Proxy submissions must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, no later than 10:00 a.m. on 16 May 2026. Completion of the proxy does not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person at the meeting.
