GUOQUAN buys back 15.24 million H-shares on 30 June; cumulative repurchases reach 2.90% of mandate

Guoquan Food (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (GUOQUAN, HKEX: 02517) disclosed that it repurchased 15.24 million H-shares on 30 June 2026 via on-market transactions. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 1.84 and HKD 1.88, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 28.50 million. All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation.

This latest purchase follows the acquisition of 7.81 million shares on 29 June 2026 at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 1.8623. As of 30 June, a total of 23.05 million shares are awaiting cancellation, equivalent to 0.90% of GUOQUAN’s 2.57 billion issued H-shares (excluding treasury shares).

Under the share-buyback mandate approved on 29 April 2026—which allows the repurchase of up to 262.44 million shares—GUOQUAN has so far repurchased 76.23 million shares, utilising 2.90% of the mandate. Following the transactions, the company holds 176.10 million treasury shares, while its issued share capital remains at 2.75 billion shares pending cancellation of the repurchased stock.

A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales is in force until 30 July 2026, in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations.
