DYNAGREEN ENV (01330) has announced the appointment of a new Deputy General Manager.

The company convened its 24th meeting of the fifth board of directors on June 10, 2026, where a proposal concerning the appointment of a deputy general manager was reviewed and approved.

In a move to strengthen the management team structure, and upon nomination by the company's acting general manager along with a review by the board's nomination committee, the board has approved the appointment of Mr. Liu Lin as a Deputy General Manager of the company, effective immediately.

Separately, the board received resignation requests on June 10, 2026, from the company's Deputy General Managers Mr. Huang Jianzhong and Mr. Hao Jingli, as well as from the Chief Engineer Mr. Zhang Wei.

In line with efforts to rejuvenate the management team and due to their approaching retirement age, Mr. Huang Jianzhong and Mr. Hao Jingli have resigned from their positions as Deputy General Managers, and Mr. Zhang Wei has resigned from his role as Chief Engineer.

According to the company's articles of association, these resignations took effect upon receipt by the board.

Mr. Huang Jianzhong, Mr. Hao Jingli, and Mr. Zhang Wei will continue their employment with the company and will undertake specific assignments as arranged by the firm.
