Chengdu Expway Maintains Stable Share Structure in March 2026 Monthly Return

Chengdu Expressway Co., Ltd. (Chengdu Expway) disclosed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month under review.

The company’s total authorised share capital was steady at RMB 1.66 billion, comprising 456.10 million H-shares and 1.20 billion domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00. No adjustments were recorded in either share class.

Issued share capital mirrored this stability. The number of H-shares in issue stood at 456.10 million, while domestic shares totalled 1.20 billion, bringing the aggregate issued share count to 1.66 billion. The company held no treasury shares.

Chengdu Expway confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement for its H-shares. Throughout March, the issuer undertook no share repurchases, allotments, options, warrants or convertible instruments, indicating no dilution or buy-back activity.

The monthly return was submitted by Executive Director Xia Wei on 2 April 2026.
