On August 12, Yin Hong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, conducted an in-depth inspection of the Ganjiang New Area. He emphasized the need to fully implement the spirit of the 15th Plenary Session of the 10th Provincial Party Committee. The area must leverage its functional positioning, advance reform and innovation, and take on responsibilities with courage. The goal is to accelerate the transition from old to new growth drivers, strive to seize new industrial frontiers, and create new economic growth points. By achieving first-class performance, the area should demonstrate its development level and make greater contributions to the province's overall progress.

Provincial leaders Sheng Qiuping and Chen Min participated in the inspection. The Ganjiang New Area is actively positioning itself in new industrial frontiers, with a focus on developing the brain-computer interface industry. At Jiangxi Jielian Medical Equipment, Yin Hong observed demonstrations of electroencephalogram (EEG) equipment and gained detailed insights into the company's self-developed brain science instruments, including their functional development and market prospects. Several of the company's products are at a critical stage for registration and certification, and they have obtained multiple invention patents. Yin Hong encouraged the company to continue deepening its work in the neural science track, accelerate the clinical translation of innovative results, and rely on core technologies to seize market opportunities.

Yin Hong engaged in discussions with the company's leadership to understand their needs. He called on the New Area to provide full-cycle services, strengthen intellectual property protection, and promote the efficient translation and application of results, thereby creating a first-class business environment for the growth of tech-based enterprises. Neural Technology is a leading domestic company in implantable flexible brain-computer interfaces, and its "super factory" in the Ganjiang New Area is being rapidly advanced. Yin Hong toured the company's product displays and observed application scenarios in functional rooms. He noted that brain-computer interfaces represent a cutting-edge field in global technological development and are a future industry with tremendous growth potential.

He emphasized the need to prioritize project construction, strengthen factor support and scenario-driven development, and promote the mass production of Neural Technology's core self-developed products. This production is intended to drive technological R&D, attract corporate clusters, and comprehensively establish new competitive advantages in the industry. At the Neural Technology Smart Computing Center, Yin Hong encouraged the company to leverage its role as a chain-leading enterprise, actively advance the construction of a digital resource library for brain science, and develop specialized industry data foundations and medical large models. This effort aims to help the Ganjiang New Area become a leading zone for the future brain-computer interface industry.

On-site, Yin Hong gained a comprehensive understanding of the development of the brain-computer interface industry chain in the Ganjiang New Area. He called for a systematic approach to planning frontier fields, focusing on the upstream and downstream of the brain-computer interface industry. He urged efforts to attract and accelerate the clustering of high-quality enterprises and high-end projects, striving to build a brain-computer interface industrial cluster and innovation hub with regional influence.

During the inspection, Yin Hong chaired a symposium and heard reports on the construction and development of the Ganjiang New Area. He emphasized that, as a national-level new area, the Ganjiang New Area must focus on the concept of "new" by accelerating the transition from old to new growth drivers. It should evolve with the times, planning and developing future industries. The focus should be on new industrial frontiers such as brain-computer interfaces, health and wellness, synthetic biology, nuclear medicine, the digital economy, and micro-dramas. He stressed the need to strengthen technological support, enhance the industrial ecosystem, and implement actions to upgrade and energize industrial clusters, concentrating resources and efforts to cultivate a series of emerging pillar industries.

He also stated the importance of conducting solid investment attraction work, improving and perfecting functional support systems, and fully utilizing industrial guidance funds. By closely monitoring new industrial frontiers, the area should attract and incubate a batch of startup tech enterprises and high-growth firms, accelerating the cultivation and development of new quality productive forces. He called for consolidating collaborative development efforts, better utilizing the role of the joint meeting mechanism, and regularly coordinating to resolve bottlenecks and difficulties in the development process. Party members and cadres in the Ganjiang New Area must firmly establish and practice a correct view of performance, boost their morale and drive for work, and continuously sharpen their capabilities and skills. Through first-class work styles and first-class performance, they should fully demonstrate the responsibility and level of a national-level new area, working together to accelerate the high-quality development of the area.
