Lum Chang Holdings Limited said it has completed an internal restructuring that shifts a 70% stake in its subsidiary, Lum Chang Builders Pte. Ltd. (LCB), to Lum Chang Building Contractors Pte. Ltd. (LCBC) for 0.7 million Singapore dollars.

The transaction involved the transfer of 700,000 ordinary shares from Lum Chang Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. to LCBC and was finalised on May, 14 2026. LCBC now owns 70% of LCB, while management shareholders continue to hold the remaining 30%.

The company noted that the restructuring, intended to place LCB directly under its main construction entity, is not expected to have a material impact on the group’s net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the financial year ending Jun, 30 2026. It added that no directors or controlling shareholders have any interest in the transaction beyond their existing holdings in the company.
