Anton Oilfield Services Group on 2 April 2026 approved the grant of 51.77 million restricted shares to 168 eligible participants under its 2019 Share Award Scheme. The award represents 1.72% of the company’s issued share capital and carries an aggregate market value of HK$56.43 million, based on the closing price of HK$1.09 per share on the grant date.
The allocation includes 9.85 million shares to eight directors—comprising executive, non-executive and independent non-executive members—and 41.92 million shares to 160 employees. Each restricted share is granted at a purchase price of HK$0.
Vesting schedules differ by role: • Independent non-executive and non-executive directors: 50% on 2 April 2027 and the remaining 50% on 2 April 2028. • Executive directors and other employees: one-third each on 2 April 2027, 2 April 2028 and 2 April 2029.
No performance targets are attached; however, all awards are subject to clawback provisions for covenant breaches. Shares were acquired from the market via the scheme trustee, avoiding new share issuance and any shareholder dilution.
Post-grant, 125.01 million shares remain available for future awards under the scheme, which continues to operate within Hong Kong’s updated Chapter 17 transitional framework.
