China Water Affairs completes US$25.00 million buy-back of 4.85% Senior Notes maturing 2026

China Water Affairs Group Limited has repurchased and cancelled US$25.00 million in principal amount of its 4.85% Senior Notes due 2026 (ISIN: XS2320779213), reducing the outstanding balance to US$325.00 million. The cancelled tranche represents approximately 7.10% of the US$350.00 million originally issued.
Management noted that any further repurchases will be determined at the Board’s sole discretion; there is no assurance on the timing, size or pricing of additional buy-backs. Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the remaining notes.
The announcement was released on 25 March 2026 and signed by Chairman Duan Chuan Liang on behalf of the Board.
