Gaush Meditech Updates Cayman Share Registrar Name to Ascentium (Cayman)

Gaush Meditech Ltd announced that, effective 17 April 2026, the name of its principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands has been changed from Harneys Fiduciary (Cayman) Limited to Ascentium (Cayman) Limited. The office address remains unchanged.
The change was disclosed in a voluntary announcement dated 27 April 2026 and was authorised by Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Gao Tieta.
As of the announcement date, the Board of Gaush Meditech comprises five executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
