Concord New Energy Group Limited announced that on May, 22 2026 it cancelled 14.08 million repurchased ordinary shares.
The cancelled shares, originally bought back between Mar, 27 2026 and Apr, 2 2026, lowered the company’s outstanding share capital by about 0.18% to 7.86 billion shares.
The company reported holding no treasury shares after the transaction.
