Apr 28

InSilico Medicine Cayman TopCo (INSILICO) announced that, effective 28 April 2026, all future corporate communications will be provided exclusively in electronic form on the company’s website (insilico.com) and on the HKEX news portal (hkexnews.hk), in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. Printed copies will be issued only upon request.

Non-registered shareholders will no longer receive separate notifications when new documents are posted online and are therefore encouraged to monitor the two websites proactively. Shareholders wishing to receive hard-copy documents must submit the designated request form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 3696-ecom@vistra.com.

Any elected preference for printed materials will remain valid until it is revoked or replaced. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or via email to 3696-ecom@vistra.com.

The initiative, signed by Chairman and CEO Aleksandrs Zavoronkovs, Ph.D., brings INSILICO’s dissemination practices in line with HKEX’s electronic communication framework, aiming to streamline information delivery and reduce paper usage.
