On the news front, IMMUNEONCO-B announced that its subsidiary, ImmuneCore, entered into a capital increase agreement with Shengke Qihang, Xinjie Chuangyuan, and Wang Xueyan. The three investors collectively subscribed for a total of 465,000 yuan of ImmuneCore's expanded registered capital, representing approximately 15.83% of its enlarged equity, for a total consideration of RMB 50 million.
