Yum China Holdings Executes Share Repurchase and Issuance Transactions

Yum China Holdings Inc (YUMC) has announced a series of corporate actions executed on June 11. The company disclosed that it repurchased 22,600 of its shares on the Hong Kong market for a total consideration of HK$7.7334 million, with the repurchase price per share ranging between HK$339.6 and HK$350.8.
On the same date, the company also repurchased 68,500 of its shares on another market, spending $3 million, with the repurchase price per share ranging from $43.32 to $44.09. In a separate but related action, the company issued two new shares pursuant to grants under its adopted long-term incentive plan. Furthermore, the company cancelled 68,300 shares that had been previously repurchased.
