China Yongda Automobiles Services Holdings Limited (“Yongda Auto”) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 18 May 2026, confirming the latest progress of its ongoing share repurchase programme.
The ordinary share capital remains at 1.84 billion issued shares, as the repurchased stock has not yet been cancelled. From 8 April to 18 May 2026, the company bought back a cumulative 7.04 million shares—approximately 0.38 % of the current share base—at prices ranging from HKD 0.89 to HKD 1.28 per share.
The most recent transaction on 18 May 2026 involved 0.50 million shares repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 0.88 and HKD 0.90, for a total consideration of HKD 0.45 million. All shares acquired are earmarked for cancellation.
Under the shareholder mandate granted on 30 May 2025, Yongda Auto is authorised to repurchase up to 187.62 million shares. To date, 30.86 million shares—representing 1.64 % of the share capital at the mandate date—have been bought back. In accordance with listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 17 June 2026.
