China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) filed its Monthly Return on Movements in Securities for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that both its authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged throughout the month.

The total authorised/registered share capital stayed at 4.83 billion shares with a par value of RMB1 each, split between 1.90 billion H shares and 2.92 billion A shares.

Issued shares also held steady at 1.90 billion H shares and 2.92 billion A shares. The company reported holding zero treasury shares and recorded no share repurchases, cancellations, or new issuances of any kind—covering options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity arrangements—during September.

CICC confirmed that its H-share public float satisfied the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum requirement of 5% of the class’s issued shares as of month-end.

The filing, dated 7 October 2026 and signed by Joint Company Secretary Zhou Jiaxing, indicates no capital structure changes for the month.
