Li Ning Declares RMB 0.3512 Interim Dividend for 1H 2026; Payment Slated for 16 September

Li Ning Company Limited has announced an interim ordinary dividend of RMB 0.3512 per share for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026, equivalent to HKD 0.4061 per share based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.15639.

The shares will trade ex-dividend on 3 September 2026. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 16:30 on 4 September 2026 to qualify for the payout. The register of members will be closed from 7 to 8 September 2026, with 8 September set as the record date. Cash dividends will be distributed on 16 September 2026.

The declared dividend relates to Li Ning’s financial year ending 31 December 2026 and does not require separate shareholder approval. The company reported no withholding tax obligations on the distribution and has no listed warrants or convertible securities linked to this announcement.
