Food Empire updates on proceeds allocation from notes and share sales

Food Empire Holdings Ltd. said it has allocated funds raised from three capital exercises, according to a filing dated Aug, 12 2026.

The company has disbursed 26.5 million U.S. dollars from the 40 million U.S. dollars raised through the issuance of 5.5% redeemable exchangeable notes. The money was used for issuance expenses (1.4 million U.S. dollars), capital expenditure at Empire Manufacturing Kazakhstan LLP (5.0 million U.S. dollars) and capital expenditure at Indus Coffee (Vietnam) Co., Ltd (20.1 million U.S. dollars).

Food Empire also used 1.0 million Singapore dollars from the 42.84 million Singapore dollars obtained from placing 17.0 million treasury shares to cover placement-related expenses.

In addition, 21 thousand Singapore dollars from the 5.385 million Singapore dollars raised via the sale of two million treasury shares in January 2026 was spent on related expenses.

The company said it will announce further deployments of the remaining funds when they are materially disbursed.
