Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. disclosed that it bought back 60,000 ordinary shares on 10 April 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The shares were repurchased within a price range of HK$20.00–HK$20.44, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HK$20.2145 per share and a total consideration of HK$1.21 million.
Post-transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.024 % to 250.18 million, while treasury shares increased to 1.42 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 251.59 million.
The buy-back was executed under the general mandate approved on 27 June 2025, which authorises repurchases of up to 23.58 million shares. Including the latest transaction, the company has repurchased 1.42 million shares to date, representing 0.60 % of the shares in issue when the mandate was granted. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales applies until 10 May 2026.
