Peijia Medical (PEIJIA-B) Sees No Share Capital Changes in April 2026; Public Float Maintained Above 25%

Peijia Medical Limited reported that authorised share capital remained unchanged at USD 100,000 in April 2026, representing one billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each.

The issued share count closed the month at 672.06 million, identical to the prior month, and the company held no treasury shares.

Management confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares.

Employee incentive structures were static during the month. The Share Option Plan carried 29.43 million outstanding options, while the Share Option Scheme accounted for 4.57 million. No options were granted, exercised, cancelled, or lapsed, and no funds were raised through option exercises. The two schemes together could still deliver up to 60.00 million shares upon future exercise, including 56.43 million shares available for grant under the Share Option Scheme.

No warrants, convertible instruments, or other share-issuance arrangements were outstanding or initiated, and there were no movements in treasury shares.
