28 May 2026—A Rule 22 filing to the Hong Kong Takeovers Executive shows that Morgan Stanley Capital Services LLC, classified as a Class (5) associate of the offeror in the proposed scheme-of-arrangement privatisation of ENN Energy Holdings Limited, executed a series of offsetting derivative transactions on 27 May 2026.

Across six maturities (30 Oct 2026, 13 Nov 2026, 30 Sep 2026, 30 Oct 2026, 21 May 2027, 29 Oct 2027 and 30 Sep 2027), the firm facilitated unsolicited client trades involving a total of 9,000 reference securities—6,000 purchased and 6,000 sold.

• Reference prices ranged from US$55.05 to US$55.93 per share. • Notional consideration amounted to approximately US$0.50 million on each side of the book. • All positions were immediately offset, leaving a resultant balance of zero shares.

The disclosure confirms the dealings were undertaken for Morgan Stanley Capital Services LLC’s own account; the entity is ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley.
