Wing Lee Development Construction Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its FY2025/26 Annual Report are now available on both the company website (www.winglee.com.hk) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed documents will receive hard copies of the current annual report enclosed with the notice.

Shareholders experiencing difficulty in accessing the online versions—or those who prefer hard-copy documents for all future corporate and actionable communications—can complete and return the enclosed Change Request Form. The form should be sent to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or emailed to 9639-ecom@vistra.com.

The company reminds shareholders that maintaining a functional email address with the Hong Kong branch share registrar is their responsibility. Until a valid email address is provided, shareholders will receive notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications in printed form only.

Enquiries may be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notification was issued by Chairman and Executive Director Mr Yiu Wang Lee on 28 July 2026.
