MEITU Adds 2.42 Million Shares to Treasury in Latest HKD 10.00 Million Buyback

MEITU, Inc. disclosed that on 28 April 2026 it repurchased 2.42 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, spending HKD 10.00 million at prices ranging from HKD 4.12 to HKD 4.14 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HKD 4.1335.

Following the transaction, MEITU’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 4.55 billion, representing a 0.05% reduction compared with the pre-buyback total of 4.55 billion. Treasury shares increased to 35.29 million.

The purchases were executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 456.62 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 35.29 million shares, or 0.77% of the issued share base on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, MEITU is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or further sales of treasury shares until 28 May 2026.
