At the 2025 annual shareholders' meeting held today, Byd Company Limited (BYD) Chairman Wang Chuanfu and other executives were present.

When questioned about the current perception that BYD's stock price and market valuation are undervalued, Wang Chuanfu expressed gratitude for shareholder support and stated he fully understands the concerns regarding the share price. He urged confidence in BYD and advocated for a value investing approach.

He disclosed that the primary bottleneck currently limiting BYD's sales volume is the production ramp-up of its second-generation Blade Battery. The company is working around the clock to overcome this challenge.

Wang indicated that sales for 2026 will be contingent on battery output. Following a large-scale expansion of battery production capacity in 2027, the company plans to intensify efforts simultaneously in both domestic and international markets, anticipating significant growth.
