China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed that it repurchased 572,000 ordinary shares on 24 July 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HKD 1.53 million. The shares were acquired at prices between HKD 2.60 and HKD 2.71, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 2.67 per share.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell from 1.06 billion to 1.06 billion shares, while the treasury-share balance increased from 21.03 million to 21.60 million shares. The newly repurchased shares represent 0.054 % of the outstanding shares immediately prior to the buyback. Total issued shares, including treasury stock, remain unchanged at 1.08 billion.
The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to acquire up to 108.05 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 572,000 shares, equivalent to 0.05 % of the authorised limit.
In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, China Boton is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 23 August 2026. The board confirmed that the repurchase was duly authorised and complied with all relevant regulatory requirements.
