On 30 April 2026, Milan Station Holdings Limited issued a shareholder notice confirming that its 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular and proxy form are now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website and the company’s own site (www.milanstation.shop). Printed copies have been dispatched only to shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy delivery; others can request free printed versions via email or post through Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

The company has formally adopted the paperless regime under Listing Rule 2.07, meaning all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided electronically. Shareholders are urged to supply a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form or by returning the form to Computershare.

If an email address is not supplied, shareholders must monitor the Milan Station and HKEXnews websites for new releases; actionable corporate communications will continue to be sent in printed form until an address is provided. A request for hard-copy materials remains valid for one year from the date of submission.

Enquiries can be directed to the Hong Kong share registrar on +852 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time).
