AEM Holdings (AWX) said on Jun, 02 2026 that it has allotted and issued 573,655 new ordinary shares following the vesting of awards granted under its AEM Restricted Share Plan 2024.
The new shares are expected to start trading on the Singapore Exchange on Jun, 04 2026 at 9:00 a.m. They will rank pari passu with the company’s existing ordinary shares.
After the issuance, AEM Holdings has 319,457,710 issued and paid-up ordinary shares, excluding 2,617,383 treasury shares.
