ENN Energy: BlackRock Builds 0.58 Million-Share Derivative Position During Takeover Process

Hong Kong, 2 June 2026 — The Executive of the Hong Kong Takeovers and Mergers Panel has disclosed that BlackRock, Inc., classified as a Class (6) associate of ENN Energy Holdings, entered into a series of derivative contracts linked to the offeree’s shares on 1 June 2026.

• Scope of dealings: BlackRock executed 19 separate derivative transactions, all classified as “other types of products,” covering a total of 578,900 ENN Energy shares.

• Pricing: Reference prices for the derivatives ranged from $53.44 to $53.64 per share.

• Consideration: The aggregate consideration paid amounted to approximately $8.01 million.

• Resultant holding: Following the trades, BlackRock’s total relevant interest in ENN Energy rose to 12.86 million shares.

The dealings were carried out on behalf of discretionary investment clients and were reported under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers amid ENN Energy’s proposed privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement.
