Leader Education Limited (Leader Edu) will convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) at 10:00 a.m. on 14 August 2026 in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China.

The sole ordinary resolution seeks shareholder approval, confirmation and/or ratification of: 1. A finance lease agreement and leased-assets transfer agreement dated 23 March 2026 between Heilongjiang College of Business and Technology and Zhejiang Artiking Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (“Finance Lease Arrangement (Artiking)”). 2. A finance lease agreement and mortgage agreement dated 23 March 2026 between Heilongjiang College of Business and Technology and Guotai Leasing Group Co., Ltd. (“Finance Lease Arrangement (Guotai)”).

The resolution also authorises any director or the company secretary to execute related documents and filings, including the use of the company seal where required.

Register of members closure: 11–14 August 2026 (both dates inclusive); share transfers for voting eligibility must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 10 August 2026 with Tricor Investor Services Limited, Hong Kong.

Proxy arrangements: eligible shareholders may appoint one or more proxies; completed forms must be submitted no later than 10:00 a.m. on 12 August 2026.

Board composition at the notice date (24 July 2026): Executive Directors—Liu Laixiang (Chairman), Dong Ling, Wang Yunfu, Che Wenge; Independent Non-executive Directors—Zhang Su, Chan Ngai Fan, Xu Xiong.
