According to reports, Shijiazhuang Transportation Investment Cold Chain Logistics Co., Ltd., leveraging its investment in the national backbone cold chain logistics base, uses warehousing and distribution collaboration as its core structure and green empowerment as a key support. Through three major dimensions—digital technology-driven transformation, business model innovation and restructuring, and green upgrades—the company integrates green energy applications such as photovoltaic power generation. It has developed a full-chain "warehousing-transportation-retail" service (with its first store, "Wanhuan Global," officially opening on October 1, 2025), building a cold chain logistics ecosystem characterized by "digital control, intensive operations, and low-carbon development." This ecosystem achieves efficient coordination across warehousing, transportation, and distribution, enhancing the value of the entire supply chain.

The selected exemplary cases cover key areas such as industry chain and supply chain integration, digital and intelligent upgrades of logistics, green and low-carbon transformation, park capacity enhancement, and international logistics expansion. They demonstrate strong innovation, significant results, and replicability, collectively showcasing the latest achievements in technological and business model innovation within Hebei's logistics industry. Digital intelligence, multimodal transport, resource sharing, and green low-carbon have become core pathways for reducing costs and improving efficiency across the entire logistics sector.

Effectively reducing the entire society's logistics costs is a systematic project that requires sustained effort, not a one-day achievement. A relevant official from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission stated that, moving forward, Shijiazhuang will focus on key tasks for logistics network construction. The city will strengthen project reserves, preliminary work, and funding procurement efforts, continuously address gaps in logistics infrastructure, and accelerate the development of a modern logistics system.
