Geekplus Buys Back HKD1.05 Million in Shares; Treasury Stock Rises to 52.48 Million

Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (stock name: GEEKPLUS-W) disclosed that on 8 October 2026 it repurchased 150,000 weighted-voting right (WVR) Class B shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 6.93 and HKD 7.05, for a volume-weighted average price of HKD 6.99. The aggregate consideration was approximately HKD 1.05 million.

Following the transaction, outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.015 % to 971.67 million, while treasury shares increased to 52.48 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.02 billion.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 26 May 2026, which authorises Geekplus to repurchase up to 102.42 million shares. Cumulative repurchases now stand at 52.48 million shares—5.12 % of the issuer’s share base on the mandate date.

All repurchased shares will be retained in treasury; none have been cancelled. Under Hong Kong listing rules, Geekplus is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury stock until 8 November 2026.

The company affirmed that the repurchase complied with Main Board Rule 10.06, and confirmed receipt of all funds and adherence to applicable regulatory and corporate requirements.
