3D Medicines Wins Hong Kong Arbitration; SELLAS Ordered to Pay HK$7.98 Million in Costs

3D Medicines Inc. (3D Medicines) has secured a favorable final award in its arbitration with U.S.-based SELLAS Life Sciences Group at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center. All of SELLAS’s claims were dismissed, and the sole arbitrator ordered SELLAS to reimburse 3D Medicines for arbitration costs totaling HK$7.98 million. The amount must be settled within 14 days of the award date, or by 7 August 2026; any overdue balance will accrue interest at an annual rate of 8%.

The award does not affect the existing licence agreement between the two companies. 3D Medicines will continue to advance the development and commercialization of oncology asset 3D189 in Greater China under the original terms.

The company advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise prudence when trading its securities.
