ISDN Holdings' stock surged 4.26% during pre-market trading on Tuesday, following the company's announcement of a significant technological advancement and the approval of its annual financial results.
The company's subsidiary, IDI Dynamics, launched a next-generation high-speed laser marker for semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) facilities. The new system offers a marking speed up to 2.5 times faster than current industry configurations while requiring 22% less cleanroom floor space, leading to a 3.2-fold increase in marking productivity per square foot. Six units have already been deployed at OSAT facilities across Asia.
Additionally, shareholders at the company's Annual General Meeting approved the audited financial statements for FY2025, a final dividend of 0.53 Singapore cents per share, and several board changes, including the election of a new Independent Non-Executive Director. The company highlighted growth opportunities in robotics, AI, and regional markets.
