The Assembly Place Holdings Ltd. announced on Mar, 12 2026 that it will not seek an extension of time from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) to hold its annual general meeting (AGM) and file its annual return for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.
The company said it remains within the statutory timeline for private companies, which allows an AGM within six months of the fiscal year-end and an annual return filing within seven months. As it plans to convene the FY2025 AGM by May, 31 2026 and submit the annual return by Jul, 31 2026, no additional extension is required.
The decision aligns with earlier conditions set by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, which had granted the firm until Mar, 31 2026 to release its FY2025 financial statements and until May, 31 2026 to hold the AGM as part of its Catalist listing requirements.
