HKT Limited reports higher H1-2026 revenue and earnings

HKT Limited announced its unaudited results for the six months ended Jun, 30 2026.

Total revenue rose 8% year-on-year to about 3.18 billion Singapore dollars, or 2.86 billion Singapore dollars when mobile product sales are excluded.

EBITDA increased 3% to roughly 1.12 billion Singapore dollars, while adjusted funds flow gained 3% to about 449 million Singapore dollars.

Profit attributable to unitholders climbed 4% to nearly 366 million Singapore dollars, and basic earnings per share stapled unit reached 28.41 Hong Kong cents.

Segment highlights included: • Telecommunications Services revenue up 3% to 12.913 billion Hong Kong dollars, supported by a 6% rise in local data services. • Mobile services revenue advanced 5% to 4.394 billion Hong Kong dollars as the 5G user base expanded 16% to 2.2 million. • Enterprise business revenue grew 8%, with new project wins valued above 2.2 billion Hong Kong dollars.

The company declared an interim distribution of 34.80 Hong Kong cents per share stapled unit, payable on or around Sep, 3 2026 to holders on record as of Aug, 18 2026.

HKT noted strong demand for its fibre-to-the-home connections, which increased 4% to 1.101 million, and highlighted continued investment in AI-enabled network infrastructure, including the launch of a 3.2 Tbps data-centre interconnect “AI DCI Superhighway” in Hong Kong.

Management said that, barring unforeseen events, current business momentum should support robust full-year results.
