On July 22, at the "Civilized China·Yunnan Observations—Case Studies on the New Era of Civilized Practice in the Thriving and Borderland Areas" press conference held in Kunming, Long Wei, a Myanmar communication officer from the Yunnan Provincial Regional International Communication Center for South and Southeast Asia, shared his experiences. Over the past three years since arriving in Yunnan, his most frequent destination has been Ruili City in Dehong Prefecture.

He has visited the border industrial parks, documenting the touching transformation of Myanmar compatriots—from initially being unable to write Chinese to later recommending friends for work opportunities. He noted, "The industry enriches not just the pocket, but also the heart. 'Pauk-phaw' (brotherly) is more than just a term; it represents brothers and sisters who share hardships and joys."
